There will be an initial one-off development cost and a monthly charge for running and maintaining the app. The monthly fees have a fixed cost component for various Cloud services (storage, vector database etc.) and a variable charge based on monthly usage (tokens consumption / Model pricing comparison).

Data Preparation, Build & Test
A significant amount of time will be spent on data preparation, preprocessing and formatting. Our team will then build the app (prompt engineering, data connection, chunking, vectorization, indexation etc.). Your business expert will be involved in the design and testing phase to provide specific business knowledge and feedbacks.

Launch, Monitor & Improve
We launch the tool to a limited number of users in a closed environment for further testing and minor improvements. We then do a full launch. We monitor and rate the quality of the assistant outputs and the overall performance during the weeks following the launch.
